Sorry to see youre having so much trouble with this thing. The oil cooler comes apart and can be re-sealed. The intake manifold gasket seals core openings on the cylinder heads just below the intake ports. When the printing fails, coolant can enter crankcase through the valley. If a cylinder is filling with water, could be loose pre-chamber, cracked head or bad head gasket (which it is 90% of the time). Only thing left is pin holes in the cylinder, but have never encountered that failure.
