The ol dump truck hasnt had a good freshening up in about 6 years so I found enough times in the evenings this week and finished it off this morning. I patched a few soft spots in the dump painted it and new DOT stickers. This morning I painted the frame tanks& steps and waxed the cab. The dark red was really oxidized but it came back pretty decent. The truck is a 98 Ford Sterling style cab but just a plain Ford. Theres 180 000 kms on it (110 000 Mi) , has a 300hp Cat and 8LL transmission. We built the sides way up years ago for hauling silage. It was originally a rail service truck in Ontario with rail gear and a work box.
