Never had to big of a pump on a loader tractor. 574 has a 12 gallon and pulls 3 gallon for the trans lubrication,steering and brakes. Pump is way to small. My brothers 2940 has about a 20 GPM pump and works just as nimble as any other and works a lot faster than the other one. I'd go with the 25 if I could get it. The accuracy is in the control of the lever guiding the bucket.
