I understand this type of thing well but then again I have 1.9 plus million driving miles plus I was a heavy equipment operator and have run many machines and on many an inch up or down had a lot of differance as in 10 or 100 hours more or less work. Like the one job I did where a guy came in on a road job and said where where 1 inch above grade so we took it down. 10 trucks 10 hours a day for 6 days. $55 and hour for each truck. A week later another guy did the survey again and said we had it 1 inch below grade. He said put it back. So again 10 trucks 10 hours a day t $55 and hour to put it back. This was on MO Hwy 54 and we wonder why Hwy repair cost so much
