I sprayed my other fallow fields but left this 40 acre field at home for the cattle in case i run out of pasture in this drought. It was sprayed in June and caught a few rains so had a good growth of weeds, volunteer oats, etc. I wanted to work some of it with the spikes on the 22 foot cultivator but found a wasp nest in the frame right beside the flat tire I need to pump up. So decided to hitch up the old Massey one way disker. It worked better than expected cutting in deep enough to get the weeds. At 90 degrees in the hot sun the weeds don't stand a chance.
