I was discing with my 706 gas and was having trouble with the cylinder raising the disc. In the end it wouldn't raise it at all, wouldn't even lower the wheels to the ground. I thought I had a bad cylinder so I bought a new one wjth new hoses and couplings and still have the same problem. If I change the hoses around at the tractor the cylinder will move the opposite direction but then won't go the other way. The tractor lugs like the pump is working when I try to get the cylinder to move but nothing happens.
