Not to highjack the post about tire balancing beads, I started my own. What the heck are tire balancing beads? I have never heard of them before. This would explain the problem I am having with my new heavy utility trailer. Three times now I have been checking the air pressure in the tires a bead or something gets stuck in the valve and the air starts to leak out. I have to pull the valve and replace it and then re-air the tire. If I were to do that on the road I would have a flat. I am not impressed if there are indeed glass or ceramic beads in my tires that would cause this problem. I may take the trailer to a tire shop and have them all removed.
