Likely the worn seals caused the low level rather then the other way around. Either way replacing them is needed. Look to place new seals such that their contact lip touches a new spot on the sealing surface if there is a wear groove there. Speedy sleeves are also useful to make better sealing surface (look up and watch videos) Sometimes a seal can be purchased thet is a different thickness but same OD ID to accomplish the move to better surface config. Smooth the new contact area with 400 to 600 grit paper round and round not in and out. Jim
