Looking at the picture with the aerial view so to speak. It looks like you have the 2 top hoses running to one function and the bottom 2 hoses running to the other function. If this is correct then you need to switch some hoses. You need the hoses to be per the picture you posted where the A1 and B1 ports are one function and A2 and B2 ports are the second function. Oil flow needs to go from the pressure port to a line teed to both lift cylinders and the return needs to be the same then like wise for the bucket. The A and B, 1 and 2 are per your picture supplied.
