I don't know the answer to your value question but I started working for the local bto in 1973 and we set up a brand new 4430 with saddle tanks and a spray boom on a 21 ft. Kewanne disk to put down Treflen. The second day out in the field the 4430 dropped a valve. So we changed the tanks over to the 4320 and hooked that on the disk. The way the gearing was we were actually able to pull the disk a little faster with the 4320 even though it was about 10 hp. less.
