Other than telling you to call the dealer I did a web search for your request. No direct hits but a manual came up from a site called ..slide share.. It previews the first 20 pages or so then it gives an option of downloading the whole 630 page manual for $20. Searching the legitimacy of the site proved it is likely an acceptable source. I have never used it so it is an ..at your own risk.. deal. I am sure there is a lot of info in there you can use.
