I have a picture from july 2nd 1904 of about 25 horse and wagons and a bunch of local people name were wrote on the back of the picture. my grandfather was part of a crew that picked the mccormick-deering threshing machines up from the local train depot and they hauled them apx 3 miles to a assembly point and put together. then they were taken to who every got them. my grandfather passed in 1967 at the age of 96 I remember him but I was very little, that was the story I was told for years.
