Damn. I have a 91 with the same engine, around 200,000. I parked it because smoke came out of the steering column and the right turn signal light came on and stayed on. Swapped steering columns and the second steering column had the tilt broke so the car is all but undriveable. I'd swap it again but it's a little cold outside right now and I don't have a heated shop.
I miss that car. Gets better mpg on the interstate than anywhere else. Just doesn't seem happy until it hits 70mph.
