I never heard of that Petlas either. I've got BKTs on a few here. My 1365 has them. One of them on my 1550 is a BKT too. I have several three rib front BKTs. I don't remember what brand those 11.2 38 are that I put on one of my 66s last summer, I'd have to go out and look, but I do remember that the pair of them cost me $750 cash and carry. I think they were Titan, but wouldn't swear by it. Wherever it was, it was the only place they could find 11.2s except for irrigation tires.
