I will NEVER use them again! They had my '97 Dodge Ram van on a rollback and when they dropped it off, I got to working on it and found they had wrapped a chain around the rear axle and broke a brake line. Fortunately I found it and fixed it before road testing it. I called them during regular hours to complain and told them I was almost killed by their non caring driver. Said they could do nothing about that! They offered me some cash, I suggested they take it out of the drivers cut, said they could not. How is he going to know/care if it does not hurt! NEVER again!
