I have a 1959 880 Oliver (gas) that has live hydraulics. Lately I have noticed the right side hydraulic spool is not holding my loader bucket up regardless if the tractor is running at a higher speed, idling, or not running. In the past it did but slowly over time the bucket drops and it seems to be getting worse.
I have been looking for a parts scheme on the hydraulic spool to try and trouble shoot if there is a part (possibly a spring, etc.) that is worn and in need of replacement.
Please note the left side which I use to raise and lower the loader works fine. The pump and pressure relive values are fine too and I am able to lift heavy loads, which is why i believe the problem I am having is isolated to the right hydraulic spool. Looking for help troubleshooting. Thanks
