I can't help you with the bucket but maybe the loader itself. If you find a way to attach the bale spear, be VERY careful moving large bales with that loader. It was designed to move manure/bedding not 1000 lb bales of hay. I've replaced the front axle support(bolster) on my 245 that never had a loader, they are not that sturdy. Add in a light weight loader and you may start having problems. Keep that axle support well greased. Best of luck on whatever you decide!
