Does it restart after a few minutes?
If so, and you have verified that the fuel cap is properly vented and not drawing a vacuum in the tank, short out the ignition switch.
It could be the well known and difficult to diagnose Ford ignition switch gremlin. If shorting out the ignition switch solves the problem, replace thw switch.
