Probably the best rinbow trout I ever ate, we caught while ice fishing. We had a small hut, three of us, two fished inside, I had to hold my pole oout the door, so tight. We had a small barrel stove inside too. After we caught a few pan-sized, my friend proceded to fry them up in a sheet metal skillet (not a cast iron one) with butter and salt and pepper. They were SO GOOD!!!!
