I've heard them called a ladyfoot or ladyslipper bar also, plus I'm sure there's lots of other names. There's also a version where the head pivots and locks at various positions--often referred to as an indexable bar. As above, the link below is just the first thing Amazon popped up to show what they look like--there's lots of different ones around.
