And I've tried and tried to explain to you and others; even gave links to the laws to prove what I said is true; Even had our X resident DOT officer (Bret4207) look up the rules for us; and still you guys try to insist it does not apply to you.
I don't know how to put it any clearer than "Haz Mat rules apply to everyone" Saying you are exempt from Haz Mat rules is like saying you do not need brakes because you are not conducting commerce.
