Just saw on Facebook where Orscheln's has merged with Tractor Supply Co. the article said it is an all cash deal worth $297 million. Orsehlen's is a 60 year old company with 167 stores in 11 states. TSC was started in 1938 and has 1900+ stores in 49 states. Orschelens came to Cape Girardeau, Mo in the late '60s and just last year moved into a new building. TSC has a fairly new store about a mile south on the same street. This was reported in the Columbia, Mo. news.
