To those who know hydraulics better than I <<>>< I am working on an Ingersoll Rand Lawn tractor [ case 224]. Some one before me has toggled the feed tubes using a rubber hose from the supply tank to the pump. The line / I take it to be the return line [goes to the cooler rad] is steel with rubber hose couplings. >>The line in question is the line that goes from the supply tank to the pump<< it has been toggled up with a rubber hose. ???? now the question ?? I would like to replace this piece with a flexible 3/8 copper line and fittings. ??Is this the correct method of replacement?, since this line is not a pressure line, probably just a supply line. Thank you to those who know hydraulic lines and fittings better than I. .Wm.

The answer to our needs materialized in the form of a '44 Farmall A, complete with cultivators, discs, single plow, a 5ft.Woods belly mower and one, mounted spare 9.00x24 rear wheel.
