Or, to be more clear, the official IH battery ignition change over used their distributor or a Prestolite (with the distributor mounted horizontally), and many implement dealers (of all brands) sold the Delco conversions, which had a vertical distributor.
Looks like the O.P.'s distibutor is set up for CW rotation, I don't recall which way the Declo conversions previously mentioned turned, but if CW I think it's likely they may be very similar to what the O.P. is looking for, if true that would certainly widen the search area for a cam.
