There is a lot of knowledge here and you will probably find answers to your questions however the best thing you can do to help yourself and the tractor is to get a set of manuals. Owners, Repair or shop, and possibly even parts manual. the parts manual is helpful even if you don't use it to order parts, it shows how and in the order the parts fit together. Reprint manuals are OK, they don't have to be original.
