You can get an adjustable flow divider. It goes in pressure line from pump Line off of restricted flow goes to torque generator and other line to other hydraulics. I was getting too much pressure to torque generator (SMTA) so ended up with relief valve in the line to torque generator. I agree with other posts, if you have the pump it works better. You can replace pump with power steering pump from old chevy if it is bad. On mine I have to rev engine up pretty good to get lift on my 3 point.
