I had a neighbor who was known for his tall tails claim when he was a kid his neighbor pulled a grain elevator down the road behind his Harley. This neighbor of mine was born in the late 20's. I question whether a Harley from that era had enough oomph to get a grain elevator rolling unless the elevator was real small. Most likely the elevator was on steel then too so the whole deal is questionable.
