By the picture the 2010 is a gas model, and yes you can get parts for them. If it is a diesel then run like hell.
They are not a bad tractor, they just get a bad rap from a few people. By the looks of it, I would call them part tractors as I assume that they do not run and it may cost a lot $$$$ to get them running only to find out that there may be other issues.
