My 2012 B 3000 Kubota has had a switch go bad on the hydro linkage twice now. In my case it would blow a little 5 amp fuse in the fuse box and tractor would shut down. The first time under warrantee at about 400 hrs but I still had to drag it out of the woods and get it on my trailer. The second time at about 1400 hrs I knew what it was a replaced the 35 dollar switch. The dealer said I could hook the two wirers on the switch together and go around it so I carry a little jumper I made in case it happens a third time.
