It's easy enough to strip out the threads in some pot metal carburetor bodies or damage the fuel filter or "banjo" WITHOUT the extra torque on the banjo bolt that will be required to seal with metal washers.
Most any auto parts store should have them or be able to get them under the Dorman/HELP brand.
Also, look in the plumbing section of hardware stores and "home centers" for an assortment similar to the one at the link below that they will sell individual pieces out of.
(Those plumbing fiber washers may not carry a label that they are "fuel approved", but I have used MANY with no issues., see to be made of the same stuff the original washers were made of.)
