Folks this question is on why carb body gasket to the fuel filter valve stem (banjo bolt) is made out of "fiber"? Working on a 1964 Ford 2000 4 cyl gas tractor. I ask because when I ask local parts store most say they don't have "fiber" gaskets and I'm wondering what's the difference and can I use any gasket material as long as its gasoline compatible
