I assume you're referring to the pulley assembly that has the center piece that floats back and forth to equalize the tension on the two belts? Unfortunately the speed changer parts will be harder to find than a lot of other DB parts since not a lot of the two-wheelers had that feature. You might look at the DB riding tractors of that era since I believe they had the same set-up.
