I saw below that was the one with the cracked block. I'd be concerned it may of cracked internally too ? Might be farther ahead to find a running engine and drop it in. Lots of Dodge trucks around with rotted out bodies. Every so often you see those engines for sale on craigslist here in Ohio. Likely less out in your area though.
