The last time I used the 550, the tach needle was jumping all over the dial. I shut it off and restarted it and it worked like it should. I pulled the cable out and lubed it, put it back in and I can't turn the cable either way by hand. Something is stuck inside the tach. Would it do any good to take the tach off, turn it upside down and squirt some penetrating oil inside it or just get a new one?? I haven't tried to start it yet, If I put a drill on it to try to turn it I'll probably ruin something on the inside. Thoughts???
