Did you have an out of state title with you as the current owner? The seller already did the transaction in Ohio and I now have an Ohio Title with me as the owner in NY. Thats what really is confusing me. The paperwork has no provision for that scenario. Last week I checked their website and could make an appointment to go there in person but didnt because i was still waiting for paperwork. Now it appears that they will not make any in person appointments. Its blacked out through the end of January. This is in Madison County.
