Consider building the floor with some perferorated steel. You can build a base for it with 2x4s and cinder blocks to get a chase underneath. Then you can install a fan if needed. I did that on a tower silo in 1999, and it works well. I poured the floor, laid down block, put lumber on top the block to have something to screw the panels to, and installed the floor.
