I went up to the farm and rebuilt the #1 frog on the plow. It catches heck in our limestone based fields. I caught a rock and broke the frog into 2 pieces back on Thursday. I got it all reconstructed and put back onto my plow, but after the Friday afternoon rain and following 3" of snow (some still remaining), it was just too greasy to plow today, and quit after 2 bouts. The wifey and I took a ride in the Dakota 4x4 this evening and I scouted out a couple of other fields that look much drier. I will head for one of them tomorrow morning and keep my fingers crossed that I don't have any break downs.
This field is also pretty steep especially on the backside. Loren
