Im trying to disassemble the front hub on my 2555 JD. Removed the wheel, hub, snap ring, washer, 8 bolts...but the ring gear is not budging... any suggestions ? I tried to put longer bolts in and push off the ring gear from the inner hub. I do not have a diagram or blueprint but if Im looking at it correctly this method should work...? Any suggestions would help. I would rather not break anything and the bearings are in good shape. I just need to get at the faulty inner seal, thanks

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
