Should add that even though a C-135 or C153 has the same engine family with others the same size there is at least 4 different blocks. Some blocks have a notch cut out for a forward mounting starter. Ones like in a combine or swather have cut out on right side. T-5 crawler has cut out on left side viewed standing at rear looking forward. Another one fits the 330 and 340 type tractors and another fits the A through 404 tractors. Most if not all notched blocks not drilled for a pilot bearing. Also I think at a serial break some internals of blocks are different. ID tag not stamped very plain but best I can tell it looks intended to say UC-135 B engine model. U was used to indicate a power unit.
