That fence wire is actually "barbed" wire. The first patent in the United States for barbed wire was issued in 1867 to Lucien B. Smith of Kent, Ohio. Most commercial food establishments that have a dish washing machine have hot water heaters. Most of the water cannot legally be hotter than 130 degrees. Commercial dish washing machines require the hot water to be "boosted" to 170 degrees.
