This JD 2140 will occasionally lock up in park and near impossible to pull the levers into neutral. Can be level ground with no weight pushing or pulling on the tractor so it should easily come into neutral. It takes numerous attempts. Does not matter if the engine is running or off. Just wondered if anyone else has that problem on these Mannheim built tractors or what it needs to fix it.
