Don't waste your oil. The 5 gallons over full thing only works for one issue and one issue alone. That is not the issue you have.
First and foremost your TA is not 100%. It has a mechanical sprag clutch in it that will pull the tractor in low TA range regardless if there is hydraulic pressure.
If the tractor won't pull at all, that sprag is shot. Sometimes is not even good enough.
