A few years ago a major freight company delivery driver had a delivery on a back road in the next town. 150 years ago that road used to go through from our town so the driver thought he would go ahead. After he gave up and tried to turn around he got wedged into some trees and stuck in soft ground. His company called a tow company to get him out. The tow company called a logging company with a timber skidder and a man with a saw before they were able to get him out. When delivering triaxle loads of dirt to homes with long driveways I usually back in from the road.
