Build a moderate shop before a house. Build in a 6-8 ft walk on 2-3 sides and live up ther if you must. This may sound stupid but it is the way to start. Even if you have children within a year or 2 it still is livable for 5 years. Don�t build a big house if you build later. Build with the ability to ad on when money is there. Borrow as little as possible if not at all for personal stuff. Buy 1 nice in good shape tractor that should last if taken care of. Only equipment you must need. Do not try getting into making hay, row crop, and conventional grain all at once. Pick what you want to do and stick with it. It takes a lot of equipment that doesn�t pay if you have for multi aspects of farming. If you want cattle remember it takes X amount of money just to corral them. You can�t have a good Shute pay for itself with 10 head. That is why I went into sheep. And most importantly marry a good wife withGods leading.
