Thank you very much for the reply Mr. Hay maker2. This is very helpful information. Do you have a service manual or did you get these diagrams online? I have replaced item number 12 already, a couple years ago. I was having problems and finally noticed the original was cracked.
I use this baler many years before finally breaking a shear bolt, although I am not a big time producer. I was surprised to see the original bushing in basically the same condition as the one that I bought. I need to look at some of the other items there, like the brake, but I am just concerned about the wobble and movement over all of the flywheel. I just wish I could remember what it was like many years ago when I didn't have problems.
I only broke one shear bolt in recent times because of the crank stop, that happened the other day. I readjusted that, timed everything. but I do need to look at some of these other items that you mentioned. Thank you very much again for this information. I will get out there and look things over today or tomorrow and post again.
