Is there a hydraulic component repair shop near to you even if a couple hours away by car? I take things to such a shop that is about an hour away versus paying OEM prices. The repairs hold up well even if the parts are not exactly OEM in configuration. I paid 18 dollars for a packing for a planter folding cylinder that would have been over 175 dollars from Deere just this past spring. I've got a leaky cylinder on the 148 loader that I will pull apart and visit the same shop for a solution.
