My dad had a new 444 diesel. He worked it hard, but at about age 50, he decided that air-conditioning and power steering was pretty nice, so he also bought a 4020, and let little brother drive the Massey until it was about 20 years old. Sometimes the Massey helped to pull the 4020 with the 5 bottom through heavy gumbo. He had two John Deere's thereafter.
