Couple suggestions. Tell the guy with the hook that unless there is a corner coming up, leave the baler push the bale up on the wagon. That's a lot of work pulling bale up out of the chute. Also tell him to put his pant leg over the boots. Keeps the chaff from going down boot bothering you all day. One last thing. When your help is young, make those bales about a foot shorter. Just take a little more string but they can handle them so much better. Oh also, give them each a pair of gloves so the strings don't cut in so bad. I'm not trying to sound like a know-it-all. Just trying to make the job as easy as possible.
