Though noises are difficuilt to diagnose in a chat forum, that does not sound like a bearing.
As I stated in your earlier post on the same topic, constant mesh transmissions like your 5 speed often rattle at low engine speed and, especially, upon shutdown as the cluster gear moves back and forth due to delta velocity.
Does yours always rattle with the clutch engaged? Loaded or otherwise? PTO engaged or otherwise? Idle speed or otherwise? What is the engine idle speed? How much end play in cluster gear? End play in PTO shaft?
