Sorry, I can't really help. I have a 7700 doing the same thing. Lights work for 5 minutes then go off. My switch (factory ford) gets hot. If i play around with it they'll come back on for another 5 minutes. I know my wiring is messed up - lights moved to top of cab, wire nuts (i hate them), so I think I'm going to go through the wiring and switch when I get time. Maybe try and add a relay. What LED's did you use?
